Our chapter is hosting the Links2Hope Zen Den as a follow up to the Stress, Anxiety and Depression during COVID and Beyond- Let's Talk About it.

Join members of the Chicago (IL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and Dr. Inger Burnett-Zeigler in The Links Cafe: The Zen Den for an interactive afternoon discussion on effective strategies for coping with depression and anxiety in these challenging times. Dr. Burnett-Zeigler will also guide us in activities to help reduce stress, which is critical during this season of social injustice, Coronavirus and political turmoil.
